A psychiatric report issued almost a year ago about actor Johnny Lewis called him “a threat,” and this week’s rampage came as little surprise to those who knew him.

Apparently the church’s drug treatment program didn’t work for the Sons of Anarchy actor who murdered his 81-year-old landlady in a drug-fueled rage.
