Barrett signed with the Raiders on Wednesday, Ryan Zuke of mlivenews.com reports. Barrett is headed to Las Vegas after having spent time with both the Panthers and Seahawks during his rookie season in 2024. He has yet to appear in an NFL game and will spend the remainder of the offseason competing for a roster spot.
Wilkins is still dealing with his foot injury, Tashan Reed of The Athletic reports. Wilkins has yet to recover from a foot injury suffered in October of last year, and head coach Pete Carroll said there's currently no timetable on his return. If Wilkins is unable to get healthy in time for the start of the regular season, Leki Fotu could serve as one of the team's starting defensive tackles in his place.
Koonce (knee) didn't participate in Wednesday's practice, Tashan Reed of The Athletic reports. The 26-year-old is still rehabbing from the ACL injury sustained before the start of the Raiders' 2024 campaign, so it's no surprise he was sidelined Wednesday. Koonce is still expected to be ready for the beginning of Las Vegas' 2025 season after inking a one-year, $12 million extension in early March. Once healthy, he's expected to serve as one of the team's top edge rushers.
Sutherland (undisclosed) signed with the Raiders on Monday. Sutherland missed the entire 2025 season due to an undisclosed injury, but his signing with the Raiders on Monday indicates that he's since moved past the issue. The Penn State product has yet to appear in an NFL regular-season game after tallying 28 total tackles, including 1.0 sacks, and one pass defended during his final season in college in 2022. While Sutherland is likely an extra body for offseason activities, he could find a spot on the Raiders' practice squad by impressing the coaching staff this summer.
Smith agreed to sign a contract with the Raiders on Sunday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. Smith participated on a try-out basis with Vegas during rookie minicamp this weekend as he looks to restart his career. The linebacker, who turns 30 years old in June, briefly spent time with the Raiders in 2023 and played in one game before he was released in November of that season. He then went unsigned throughout the 2024 campaign. Smith previously played for Raiders defensive coordinator Patrick Graham when he held the same role in 2021, tallying 88 tackles across 13 games. He'll likely need to carve out a role as a depth player at inside linebacker in order to secure a spot with Las Vegas this offseason.
Runyon signed with the Raiders as an undrafted free agent Friday. The Townson product was initially slated to sign with the Giants after going undrafted in late April, but it now appears he's inked a deal with the Raiders. Runyon caught 87 passes for 1,035 yards and nine touchdowns throughout his final two collegiate seasons. While he's likely just an extra body for offseason activities, Runyon could earn a spot on the Raiders' practice squad if he impresses the coaching staff this summer.
Franklin signed with the Raiders as an undrafted free agent Friday. Franklin played for three different schools throughout his six-year collegiate career, spending the first four seasons at UTSA before transferring to Ole Miss in 2023 and finishing his career at Illinois in 2024. The 6-foot-1 wideout's best season came at UTSA in 2022, catching 94 passes for 1,136 yards and 15 touchdowns across 14 games. With much of the Raiders' wide receiver corps still unproven, Franklin will likely compete for a depth spot on the active roster or practice squad during offseason activities.
