A group of rowdy Red Sox fans celebrated Boston's world championship by beating the crap out of each other in a wild brawl that was caught on camera.
In the disturbing footage above — captured after the city's victory parade on Saturday — suspects are seen punching, kicking and curb-stomping each other in the Milk Street melee. The incident sent two victims to the hospital and prompted two arrests.
Ian Browne, 26, of West Roxbury and Kieran Boyle, 25, of Dedham were arraigned Tuesday in Boston Municipal Court on assault and battery charges. ... Browne allegedly kicked a 25-year-old Revere man in the head when he was already down on the ground. Likewise, Boyle allegedly kicked a 23-year-old Sterling man in the head when he was already down.
The Boston Globe, which names the suspects as Kieran Boyle and Liam Browne, not Ian Brown, reports:
Browne and Boyle were both charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon in the form of a shod foot, prosecutors said. A not-guilty plea was entered on their behalf. ... Browne was released on $1,000 cash bail. Boyle was held on $4,000 cash bail.
