At least two people have been wounded in a Saturday night shootout in Manhattan's Bryant Park. The gunfire is reported by ABC New York to have erupted just after 11 p.m.

Here's what you need to know:


1. The Suspects Are Still at Large

Reports from ground indicate that a shooter fled the area. It's being treated as a level one incident right now by the NYPD meaning only local cops are involved at this stage. The Daily News Reports that cops are holding around 200 people at the scene for questioning.

3. At Least One Person is Seriously Wounded

One person was described as lying "motionless" on the ice. According to The Daily News, one man was shot in the chest and another was shot in the leg. Both have been brought to Bellevue Hospital.


4. Bryant Park's 'Winter Village' Has Just Opened

ABC New York reports that NYPD officers are considering the possibility that gun at the center of the shooting was a BB gun.
