David Barajas' two sons were killed in a drunk driving accident.

Drunk driver Jose Banda hit and killed Barajas' two sons.
The 20-year-old driver was found with a gunshot wound in the head and later succumbed to his injury at the hospital. Barajas turned himself in on Sunday and was charged for the murder of Banda.
Police were already on the trail of Barajas before his confession. Neighbors said they heard gunshots after the crash in Alvin, Texas. Other witnesses said they saw Barajas walk to his home and approached Banda's vehicle a few minutes later when he returned.
"Every time we would pursue a lead, it always came back to Mr. Barajas," Brazoria County sheriff's investigator Dominick Sanders told The StarPhoenix. "We have numerous statements placing him there at the car in close proximity to the victim at the time the gunshot was fired."
No weapon was found at the scene, but police found the same ammunition that was in Banda's wound in the father's home. Barajas was indicted for murder on Friday and turned himself in just two days later.
Barajas is currently being held at the Bazoria County jail on a $450,000 bond.
