Brooklyn Nets star Andray Latche was questioned by Philadelphia police following a sexual-assault attack in Philadelphia, the Daily News reports. The Nets play the 76ers tonight. Latche has been released without charge.

Philly police say that a woman, 21, filed a sexual assault complaint with them about a an attack that happened at the Four Seasons Hotel at about 3:30 a.m. Tuesday morning.

Nets GM Billy King released a statement saying the team is "aware of the ongoing police investigation regarding a member of the Brooklyn Nets.”

All Nets players are active for the Sixers game.

Blatche released an odd Tweet earlier that appears to be related to the incident (it has since been taken down):

Im ok and I didn’t do anything jus was n the area when it happened.
