Authorities made a bizarre and gruesome discovery Monday at Chicago's O'Hare airport: 18 human heads, wrapped in plastic.
MyFoxChicago sources say the heads arrived from Italy and "may have been sent to be used for some kind of scientific research or a medical experiment."
The specimens were delivered to the local medical examiner.
A Fox 32 TV reporter said "These heads still have skin on them, in other words they are not skulls ..."
