The Colorado massacre suspect, James Holmes, who is charged with killing 12 people by opening fire on a crowded Aurora movie threatre on July 20 is in the hospital for unspecified reasons after making "half-hearted" suicide attempts over the last few days, reports CBS News.
Holmes was scheduled for a hearing on Thursday, but court documents filed on Wednesday said that his current condition makes it impossible for him to be present. The hearing was scheduled to discuss pretrial motions and media requests for information under state open records laws.
