On the scale of things that New Yorkers hate, traffic ranks number 2 right above Boston and right below being kind to strangers asking for help. New York is notorious for it’s traffic and is subject to hellish gridlock whenever a major event/political figure comes to town. This is magnified whenever the UN general council meets.
