White Says TUF 13 Coaches Not Decided

UFC President
DETROIT – If Dana White has decided who will be coaching the 13th season of “The Ultimate Fighter,” he certainly isn’t saying.

White said today that the coaches have not been determined.

“We haven’t decided who the coaches will be,” White said. “I’ve been on the road for three weeks now and I don’t go home until Sunday. And then I’m back on the road on Wednesday. I need to get back to the office and get some stuff done.”

The latest season of the reality series begins production in late January. The season will feature welterweights and middleweights, with notable names like Andre Galvao and Karl Amoussou rumored as part of the cast.

Several current UFC fighters have been rumored for the coaching slots, including Michael Bisping, Chris Leben, Chael Sonnen and Wanderlei Silva. UFC newcomers Urijah Faber and Miguel Torres have also been discussed as possible options for the coaching slots, though sources close to the UFC indicated to Heavy.com that Faber and Torres would likely be under consideration for the 14th season that begins production late in 2011.

“Everyone has been asking me about Urijah,” White said. “I just don’t know. I swear to God, I haven’t even thought about it yet.”
