Kenny Florian Injured, Melvin Guillard To Face Evan Dunham

A knee injury has forced Kenny Florian to pull out of his January fight with Evan Dunham. Melvin Guillard has been tapped as his replacement.

Heavy.com was informed of the change by sources close to the fight on Monday afternoon.

Florian was scheduled to face rising prospect Dunham in the headlining bout of the Fight for the Troops 2 show on January 22 at Fort Hood, TX. Melvin Guillard has been pulled from his bout with Yves Edwards and will face Dunham in the new main event.

Dunham and Florian were both seeking to recover from losses. Dunham lost a highly controversial decision to Sean Sherk in the fall, while Florian lost to Gray Maynard in a title eliminator bout.
