"When I grow up I wanna be a principal, or a caterpillar." It's almost impossible to single out one Simpsons character in particular that has the best line. Everyone has their favorites, but Ralph Wiggum has got to be in the top five, no doubt. The round headed dolt is a goldmine of never ending stupid hilarity. Let's hope little Ralph continues eating paste for days to come.
