Death Metal Monk

If life isn't confusing enough, check out Brother Cesare Bonizzi, a capuchin Monk from Milan, Italy, as frontman for Italian heavy metal band "Fratello Metallo!" Brother Bonizzi first fell in love with the sound when he saw Metallica perform years ago. He sings about God and faith, but says he's not afraid to also sing about alcohol, tobacco and sex. Fratello Metallo has even played in the "Gods of Metal" festival alongside the likes of genre legends Iron Maiden! One thing I'm sure everyone is wondering is how a monk found his way into a Metallica concert in the first place.
