The idea of the Internet of Things is that increased connectivity between devices will facilitate greater user control and personalization. For instance, getting into your car ideally you have all the same music as your cell phone, your home computer, and that can be played from your living room. This also extends to things like refrigerators, and lights. At CES 2014, there will likely be new products and ways that the internet can be used to interact with the appliances in your home.
