What's worse than calling customer service? Sure, you're calling to solve a problem, but you're looking at a bare minimum of a 45 minute call for a problem that can likely be solved in about 5 minutes-- you just need to find the right person. That's always the hard part.
Well, redditor lordylordylordy has put out a video from an undisclosed company customer service recording where one man has finally reached his limit. Apparently, after 3 hours and 45 minutes of being on the phone, he only seeks, oh so desperately, to talk to Michelle. Unfortunately, no one seems to know how to make this happen. At all.
