Ear pointing is exactly what it sounds like, having your ears modified so that they resemble the Keebler Elf. The trend has been around since the 1990s and is growing in popularity with fans of the fantasy genre.

<strong>Forked Tongue:</strong> If your going to be a forked tongued liar you might as well look the part. The process involves splitting the tongue down the middle, giving it the look of a reptile. Most plastic surgeons refuse to do the procedure because of the tongue's necessity for eating and speaking.
