Food trucks have got to be the greatest use of the truck since, well, ever really. A vehicle with the sole purpose of providing delicious food? Nothing is better. Food trucks have been around for decades, but in the last couple of years have seen a resurgence in not only popularity but the cuisine offered. We can't comment on the food quality of these rolling kitchens, but we can say they definitely nailed it with the name.
