Senator Wendy Davis (D-TX) was most recently in the news for her badassery of filibustering for 10 hours to stop the passage of Senate Bill 5, which would effectively close down all but five abortion clinics in Texas. But not only was her filibustering bad ass—check out the kicks she wore while doing it. Apparently her orange sneaks were symbolizing women's reproductive rights, whose support color is orange.
