While you might have never heard of Paul Yarrow, if you've tuned into British news at any point in your life you very well may have seen him. He's been in over a dozen news broadcasts. Yarrow claims that he photobombs to make a point about people who are overweight being ignored on television. Whatever his reason, he's certainly a bit off his rocker.
