Mel Greig and Michael Christian, the Australian shock-jocks whose prank call to Kate Middleton's hospital preceded the suicide of a duped nurse, have broken their silence with an emotional apology on Australian TV.

In the interview above, Christian says he's "gutted and shattered," while Greig weeps openly as they show remorse for the death of Jacintha Saldanha.

Meanwhile, the parent company of their radio stationed announced the cancelation of their show and rolled out a no-prank policy.
