It's always chilling to relive a tragedy from the angle of police. In the case of the Sandy Hook Massacre, the police should be commended. It was a horrific occurrence, but the police responded swiftly and handled everything as well as could possibly be handled. We should honor and take care of all the police who responded to this event, especially the first responders who had to witness the carnage and relay it back to dispatch.
