Halle Berry and Ex Reach Settlement After Thanksgiving Day Fight

Gabriel Aubry, Halle Berry, and Oliver Martinez

Remember the Thanksgiving day brawl that Halle Berry’s baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry, had with her fiance, Olivier Martinez, last week that left Aubry looking like this?

Well, everything has been settled. The two settled their differences in court on Thursday and reached an amicable agreement. Lawyers would not comment on the specifics of the agreement, but it seems that this will be the last we hear of the issue.

“From all counsel, the parties have reached an amicable agreement. There will be no further statements regarding this matter,” said a printed statement by Berry attorney Blair Berk.

Aubry was arrested last week for battery while he filed a restraining order against Martinez, saying he started the fight.

In his statement, Aubry said: “While he was attacking me physically, Mr. Martinez said to me in an aggressive and threatening voice, ‘You cost us $3 million. When you see the judge, you’re going to tell him you’re going to Paris or I’m going to kill you. You’re going to Paris, you’re going to get your 20 grand a month in child support. From now on you’re going to do drop-offs on the street.'”

Berry and Aubry have been fighting over custody of their daughter, Nahla, since their five-year romance ended in 2010. Berry tried moving to Paris with Martinez and Nahla after they got engaged, but courts prevented her from doing so under their shared custody agreement, unless Aubry moved with them. Fat chance of that happening.
