Paris Hilton made tabloid news again when a taxi driver secretly recorded her conversation in which she said some pretty harsh things about gay men, particularly that they’re “disgusting” and “most of them probably have AIDS.”

TMZ took a good spin on this, catching clips that she’s not really homophobic and believing this — she’s just a complete idiot when it comes down to it. They even caught a clip where she thinks she might have gotten AIDS … by stepping in a puddle of mud.
So what do you think? Is this “pop star” someone who is truly homophobic and against gay guys (despite her being friends with gay men), or is she just not smart enough to know what’s really going on out there in the world?
(I mean she did think Wal-Mart sold “like…wall stuff” after all.)
