Normally I'm pretty down on remakes but I have to say that Clash of the Titans looks volcanically hot. Louis Leterrier knows how to direct an action scene, and this Greek epic is basically nothing but. Plus Sam Worthington as Perseus and Ralph Fiennes as Hades is awesome casting. The only thing that I can really say is sort of suck-ass is the generic hard rock guitar licks playing over the action - either go all-out over the top Dragonforce power metal with soaring solos or stick with classical, none of this middle-of-the-road Drowning Pool bull. Aside from that, I'm on the bandwagon.
