CBC reports Ford dropped the bombshell on reporters today at Toronto City Hall. Here's the recording:
Today, in admitting the drug use, Ford added that it probably occurred during a "drunken stupor" and does not indicate an addiction.

Ford said he wants to see the tape for himself and wants "everyone in the city to see this tape."
The 44-year-old mayor has one year left in his term.
