UPDATE: Miley Cyrus has overtaken Edward Snowden as the leader of Time's Person of the Year online poll.
A poll on Time's website reveals that Edward Snowden is the most voted for candidate so far for Person of the Year. Vying for the top spot is Miley Cyrus, the oft-talked-about pop singer, and beneath her is Narendra Modi, who some believe saved 15,000 lives in the Uttarakhand Floods in India in a a "Rambo-style" campaign using Boeings, humvees and luxury vehicles to rescue people.
Here's the poll:
The winner will be announced December 6, but the vote is not binding. As Time says, "As always, TIME's editors will choose the Person of the Year, but that doesn't mean readers shouldn't have their say."
