A new video has emerged online of a group of police officers in New York’s Penn Station brutally subduing man. At one point, an officer knees the man in the head, causing the man to scream in pain. We don’t know what the man is suspected of doing, but judging by the reactions of bystanders, including the person taking the video, the cops were using questionable force.
