The Westboro Baptist Church have already made the promise to attend and picket the funerals of those killed today during the shooting at the Washington Navy Yard.

The group are also attempting to link the disastrous floods in Boulder, Colorado to the shooting as evidence of God's wrath:

Westboro then mocked the White House's sentiments:

They then offered that the shooter came from "The Throne of God:"

The "church," which has made its name in protesting the funerals of victims of tragedies — somehow relating the deaths to acceptance of homosexuality in society — has proven time and again that no tragedy is safe from the group's vile opinions.
