Police have alleged that Georgia-man, Joseph Medved, threatened to shoot up a school, and have arrested him, reports WSB-TV.

Here's what we know so far...
1. He Made His Threats at a Drug Clinic
Medved made the threats at Fulton County Drug Clinic on September 11. Staff at the facility called local police who began following Medved. The tracked him to a gun store where he went to buy a rifle.
2. A Gun Background Check May Have Saved Lives
Medved wasn't able to buy the gun due to 24 hour background check rules. He went back the following day and bought the gun. After returning home Medved shot the gun 8-9 times around his home.
3. Police Medved Made 'Terroristic Threats'
Police obtained a warrant on September 12 for the home, based on what were understood to be Medved's "terroristic threats."
4. Medved is From Cumming, Georgia
Medved is 51-years-old from Cumming, Georgia.
5. This Occurs Less Than a Month After the Scenes in Decatur
This news comes less than a month after the events in Decatur, Georgia. In that instance, Michael Brandon Hill went into Ronald E. McNair Discovery Learning Academy with an assualt rifle. The terrifying scene thankfully resulted in no injuries. Brandon-Hill was eventually talked down by a school bookkeeper, Antoinette Tuff.
