The horrific hostage situation at the Westgate Mall in Kenya appears to be nearing an end as the military claim to have secured all floors at the shopping center, reports The Guardian.
The estimation is that 62 people have been killed and hundreds more injured during the terrorist raid on the mall, believed to have been carried out by al-Shabaab, a Somali-based terror organization allied to al-Qaeda.
Regrettably, 11 KDF soldiers have been injured in this operation and are receiving medical attention at the Defence Forces Memorial Hospital

The Kenyan army raided the mall this morning to purge the terrorists from the building, after injuries, the army have claimed the situation is over. During the raid a massive explosion occurred, emanating from inside the mall, it isn’t known what the cause of the explosion was.
