Sorry, Hooters.

Sorry, Twin Peaks.

Sorry, Tilted Kilt.

In our age of extremely bastardized etymology, the tongue-in-cheek term "breastaurant" is now off limits. Legally.

Doug Guller, CEO of Texas-based Bikinis Sports Bar and Grill, has officially trademarked the term. ABC News reports:

Doug Guller, CEO of ATX Brands LLC, which owns Bikinis Sports Bar and Grill, announced today he has trademarked the term "breastaurant" through the United States Patent and Trademark Office, meaning his company is the only one who can describe itself with the term.

breastaurant, guller

It's all part of Guller's plans to expand his sports bar franchise. Austin Business Journal states:

The sports bar chain, which features waitresses dressed in revealing bikini tops, short jean skirts and cowboy boots, plans to grow to 50 eateries and nearly 4,000 employees over the next five years.

This isn't the first time Mr. Guller has made news, however.
In July 2012, the over-the-top restaurateur bought a Texas ghost town for an undisclosed amount, renamed it "Bikinis", and turned it into a party location.
