Life on Mars Was Possible, Says New NASA Rover Data

NASA’s Curiosity space rover recently analysed a rock sample on Mars that points to the existence of ancient life on Mars.

NASA’s scientists found these essential chemicals inside the rock: sulfur, nitrogen, hydrogen, oxygen, phosphorus and carbon. The discovery shows conditions existed that could have supported microbial life on ancient mars.

The rock was located by Curiosity near an ancient stream bed in Mars’ Gale Crater last month.
