A-Rod Still Juicing? Documents Tie MLB Star to Steroids Clinic in 2012

In the years following the “Steroids Era” of baseball, there is nothing that scares an athlete more than having the letters “H-G-H” tied to his name. Well, it looks like several more professional athletes might just have that problem.

Documents obtained by the Miami New Times suggest that several MLB players, coaches, professional boxers and pro tennis players might have been juicing as late as 2012.

The biggest name is Alex Rodriguez, who has sworn he’s been clean for 10 years.

The documents originated from Biogenesis, an anti-aging clinic on the University of Miami campus that recently closed. Before Biogenesis closed it became known for being a front for selling performance-enhancing drugs like HGH (human growth hormone), testosterone and anabolic steroids.

Melky Cabrera, Bartolo Colon, Nelson Cruz, Gio Gonzalez and Yasmani Grandal are some of the bigger MLB names on the Biogenesis list, a list that also includes Yuriorkis Gamboa (a professional boxer) and Wayne Odesnik (a pro tennis player).
