Vladimir Putin Sends Condolences to Obama Over Sandy Hook Massacre

Vladimir Putin, president of Russia, called President Obama to offer his deepest condolences over the Sandy Hook Massacre, stressing the particular horror of this tragedy because the victims were children. He offered his deepest sympathies to the families and friends of the victims and to all the American people.
