Joe Biden is either planning to run for president in 2016 or he’s planning to be so senile by then that he writes himself in.
After voting today in Delaware, the vice president was asked by a reporter whether he thinks this is the last time he’ll vote for himself in an election.
“No, I don’t think so,” he said.
