A security guard Tasered a man "breaking into" the Beverly Hills haven of Tom Cruise, but the guy who got fried was actually a drunk neighbor who accidentally climbed the fence to the wrong home.
Cops arrested 41-year-old Jason Sullivan last night but now believe he posed no danger to Tom or any other resident of Calle Vista Drive.
According to L.A. Now, cops said the neighbor "was intoxicated at the time of the incident and may have confused himself and entered the wrong property."
Sullivan was hospitalized. Tasers are supposedly non-lethal weapons, but there are many cases of injury and fatality.
