A 220-pound gym teacher in Queens is suing the city after a flyweight 6-year-old allegedly broke the teacher’s ankle and messed up his knee during a wild tantrum in April.

Lil’ Rodrigo Carpio, just 4-foot-2 and 50 pounds, felled the goliath teacher and also attacked the school’s principal and security officer during a wild rampage, reports the New York Post.

The teacher, 27-year-old John Webster, is an ex-college football player who now wears braces on his ankle and knee. He’s also seeing a shrink after being traumatized by the little “devil,” he tells the Post:

“It’s sort of like an angel-devil sort of thing. [Rodrigo] looks like an angel, but then, all of a sudden, that halo turns into horns. It’s been a nightmare. It’s embarrassing. It’s humiliating.

What’s so humiliating about a massive man, a former tailback for Morrisville State College, getting his ass kicked by a 6-year-old? Oh yeah.

The kid’s dad can’t believe this big sissy is actually filing suit:

The lawsuit is totally absurd. How could my little boy do so much damage? My poor son.

Webster was walking some kids to the cafeteria when the boy got out of hand, he tells the Post:

I tried to hold his wrists, and he began biting me. I took him to the principal’s office, and he kicked me in the ankle, and one kick landed right on my knee. I felt a pop.

The boy allegedly continued laying waste to adults, kicking and pinching the principal and school cop.

Webster’s lawyer chimed in, also demonizing the boy:

This kid is clearly a tiny terror. It’s sad that teachers like Mr. Webster are not offered protection from someone who can endanger other teachers and students.
