The man who made a fortune filming unsuspecting drunk girls pulling up their tops (and down their pants) must fork over $20 million of his dirty money to a billionaire casino mogul who sued his pants off.
Steve Wynn took GGW creator Joe Francis to court because Francis made wild claims that Wynn threatened to kill him and bury him in the desert because of unpaid gambling debt.
TMZ reports that of the $20 million, $5 million is for Francis badmouthing Wynn to a TMZ reporter, and $11 million for Wynn-bashing on Good Morning America.
Meanwhile, the jury may add as much as $60 million in punitive damages on top of the $20 million.
According to Celebrity Net Worth, Joe Francis is worth $150 million and Wynn is worth $1.9 billion. So clearly he’s just doing this to say f**k you to Francis. Oh and maybe to clear his reputation.
