What we have here is some very rare footage of Nine Inch Nails performing debut single"Down In It" off Pretty Hate Machine, one of the greatest albums ever, on the uber-cheesy TV show Dance Party USA. It's either the very late 80s or the very early 90s, but either way Trent Reznor is wearing a pink scrunchie.
