In what seems like a Tarantino film, a quadriplegic man was injured at an AC/DC concert in Australia after someone accidentally nudged the chair's joystick, causing it to launch him into the mosh pit. He eye was impaled by a metal spear he used to guide his chair around, Australia's Courier Mail reports.
