The Daily News reports that Fusari claims he discovered Lady Gaga (whose real name is Stefani Germanotta) and helped create her image.

Fusari's lawyer claims Fusari discovered her name when he texted her "under the moniker ‘Radio Gaga’ [a Queen song], his cell phone’s spell check converted ‘Radio’ to ‘Lady.’ Germanotta loved it and ‘Lady Gaga’ was born.” At this point... who cares?

There is some speculation on the issue but a test of the price drop in stores like F.Y.E. and Wherehouse Music showed a jump in sales of 100 percent.

Stephen King is collaborating with John Mellencamp on a musical titled The Ghost Brothers of Darkland County which follows a small town after a traumatic incident in 1957. Elvis Costello and Sheryl Crow are also working on the project.

1268834302_jackson.jpgSony Music and the Michael Jackson Estate have agreed on an extensive deal, the Wall Street Journal reports. The deal will feature ten projects, span seven years and generate $250 million to the estate. Some of the projects may include reissues of Jackson's albums and even a Cirque de Soleil show.

Another album might be released featuring collaborations with Jackson and artists like Akon and Will.i.am. The album will also feature songs cut from the Bad album. The money generated from the deal will help in paying off the debt Jackson built up over the last few years of his life, RollingStone.com reports.
