Universal Studios sure can - despite Battlestar Galactica coming to a close earlier this year, the studio is intent on trotting the franchise out anywhere they can, with recent news of a big-screen Galactica movie setting the nerdernet abuzz. Pegged to direct? Bryan Singer, the man who made his fame with The Usual Suspects before making the X-Men franchise one of Hollywood's most dependable cash cows. Details on the flick are still scarce on the ground, but I for one hope it doesn't muddy up the fine ending of the TV series. Closure is good, people!
