A reclusive movie star (Keira Knightley) hires a recently freed convict (Colin Farrell) to work as her handyman and bodyguard, but begins to fall for him. Okay, nothing particularly engaging about that premise, but the movie is written by William Monahan who wrote the screenplay for The Departed. Nuff said.
