Superbad’s Jonah Hill is stepping in to play the role of Paul DePodesta in Moneyball, replacing Demetri Martin (Taking Woodstock). The film will be directed by Bennett Miller (Capote) and tells the story of the Oakland A’s and their general manager Billy Bean who will be played by Brad Pitt. This is equally alarming as when we found out Pitt would be starring alongside that temp from The Office in Inglourious Basterds. But that turned out well, so we should be optimistic.
