Superman hasn't even had time to save the Earth yet and already he's in plans to come back and save us a second time. Man of Steel opens this Friday, but Rumors that Warner Bros. are already setting the gears in motion for a sequel have begun to surface on the internet.
Deadline has reported that both director Zack Snyder and screenwriter David Goyer will return to helm the next installment of the Superman franchise. Screenwriter Goyer actually has a lucrative deal with Warner for a 3 picture contract that involves Man of Steel, its sequel and then a Justice League movie.
No word yet on what involvement Christopher Nolan or Henry Cavill will have in the sequel, but you can bet the DC fanboys are chomping at the bit.
