Oscar winning director Barry Levinson (Rain Man, Sleepers) tackles a new kind of zombie thriller that tangles with eco-threats. The film is set in Clayridge, Maryland under the guise of mysteriously found footage of a government contained outbreak. Combine a bit of Contagion with some classic Dawn of the Dead zombies and the shaky video camera footage of Paranormal Activity and you've got The Bay.

The film stars mostly unknowns, but when has a good horror movie ever relied on well known actors to produce legit chills? Expect the outbreak to hit theaters on November 2nd.
