Siver gets a chance to fight in front of his home country fans against Winner
UFC lightweights Dennis Siver and Andre Winner are expected to meet at UFC 122 in November.
The Spike-televised event takes place Nov. 14 at Konig Pilsener Arena in Oberhausen, Germany. A top middleweight contenders fight between Vitor Belfort and Yushin Okami is currently scheduled to headline the event, although a source close to the event told Heavy.com that UFC officials are currently contemplating adding another headlining bout to the card.
MMAFighting.com was the first to report the bout.
Siver defeated Spencer Fisher at the Ultimate Fighter 11 Finale this summer. Winner, meanwhile, recently lost a unanimous decision to Nik Lentz at UFC 118.
Other notable bouts for UFC 122 include Krzysztof Soszynski vs. Goran Reljic and Jazon Brilz vs. Vladimir Matyushenko.
