Slice, Alexander Confirmed for TUF 10 Finale

A catchweight bout (215lbs) between Houston Alexander and Kevin “Kimbo Slice” Ferguson is set for the Ultimate Fighter 10 Finale on Dec. 5 at the Palms in Las Vegas.

Heavy.com has confirmed that the bout, which has been rumored for weeks and is one of the worst-kept secrets in mixed martial arts, is expected to be announced shortly, possibly as soon as this week’s episode of The Ultimate Fighter. The show has been hyping a Slice return to the Octagon, but given recent events surrounding a knee injury to Slice, it’s apparent that it won’t happen.

Alexander is riding a three-fight losing streak in the UFC, but recently defeated Sherman Pendergarst on an Adrenaline show in September. It will be the first official UFC bout for Slice, who is one of the most famous (and highest-drawing) fighters in the world.
