World Extreme Cagefighting has made three more fights for its August 18 card in Las Vegas official today, revealing that Chad Mendes vs. Cub Swanson, Scott Jorgensen vs. Brad Pickett, and Anthony Njokuani vs. Maciej Jewtuszko will all be included on “WEC 50: Cruz vs. Benavidez”.
The promotion made the announcement earlier via its official Twitter account.
The official fight card is set for the Pearl at the Palms in Las Vegas, Nevada on August 18 and is headlined by a bantamweight championship bout between title holder Dominick Cruz and top contender Joseph Benavidez. In the co-main event slot, former WEC featherweight powerhouse Urijah Faber will make his bantamweight debut opposite former top contender at 135-pounds Takeya Mizugaki.
