BREAKING NEWS: Alessio Sakara is out of his co-main event with Jorge River after he woke up with flu-like symptoms.

Carlos Eduardo Rocha d. Kris McCray via submission (kneebar) – Round 1, 2:21. McCray got the takedown, but Rocha quickly reversed into guard and submitted McCray with a kneebar.

Karlos Vemola d. Seth Petruzelli via TKO (strikes) – Round 1, 3:46. Vemola looked awesome at 205 pounds and could be a force to be reckoned with. He battered Petruzelli badly on the ground and forced a TKO stoppage. This is likely Petruzelli’s last fight for the UFC.

Kyle Noke d. Rob Kimmons via submission (rear naked choke) – Round 2, 1:33. Noke looked great and scored the win via rear-naked in the second round. Kimmons was overmatched in this bout.

– Pascall Krauss d. Mark Scanlon via unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27). Krauss is key to the UFC’s expansion hopes in the German market. He wasn’t dominant here, but at least he secured a win.

– Vladimir Matyushenko d. Alexandre Ferreira via TKO (elbow strikes). Matyushenko may have used illegal elbows, but the ref didn’t call it.

– Duane Ludwig d. Nick Osipczak via unanimous split decision. An emotional win for one of the veterans of the sport.

– Krzyszstof Soszynski d. Goran Reljic via unanimous decision

– Amir Sadollah d. Peter Sobotta via unanimous decision

– Dennis Siver d. Andre Winner via submission (round 1). Siver caught Winner with a left hook, dropping him to the mat. He followed up with some ground and pound before hopping on his back, hooking his arm with his own left leg and locking in a modified rear naked choke with a Gable Grip. Winner will likely be released after this loss.

– Yushin Okami d. Nate Marquardt via unanimous decision (29-28, 30-27, 29-28). A very, very close fight.
